Pursuant to Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206.
This law provides several rules:
1) The customer who is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract within 14 working days starting from the day of receipt of the goods.
2) This right is reserved only for final consumers, not for resellers and/or holders of a VAT number.
3) The right of withdrawal is granted only if the object presents significant differences from the photos or from what is reported in the description; in case of doubts it is mandatory to request a condition report with additional photos as well as contact by telephone at 3804379898.
4) The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal by sending written communication via e-mail or fax.
Any communication must be followed within 48 hours, under penalty of forfeiture, by a registered letter with return receipt.
5) The return must take place in the same way as sending and with the same or similar carrier. All costs of returning items are expressly borne by the consumer. The risks of such transport are also entirely borne by the buyer.
All items subject to this “right of withdrawal” must arrive in the same conditions of receipt and in the original packaging; otherwise the withdrawal lapses.
6) Once these conditions are met, Antichità San Felice International Antiques di Chiti Stefano will credit the amount paid by the consumer within the legal deadlines established, 30 days from the date on which the consumer communicated his wish to withdraw from this contract and in any case after receiving the return.
The sum will be paid by bank transfer, the customer must communicate his bank details (IBAN code, ABI code, CAB, current account). To receive the refund, the bank account provided must be registered in the name of the invoice holder.
